The concentrated rich, smooth layers of black cherry, dark fruit and mocha are showing well in this classic blend of two great varietals. Idaho's potential to produce world class wines are evident here with 100% Idaho fruit displaying elegance and finesse. Very ripe fruit produced seamless tannins along with a lingering spicy mid palate. The finish is long, subtle, and will only improve with age.
