The 2007 vintage was a great one. The shorter than expected crop resulted in highly concentrated fruit most especially in this small AVA. The Angels Landing Cabernet Sauvignon is from both valley floor and hillside vineyards resulting in lush blackberry and chocolate fruit with toasty oak and vanilla in the finish. The wine has well integrated tannins that will give the wine the ability to age gracefully over the next ten years easily.
