Vineyards | Winemaking Old vines with an average age of more than 60 years. Rich, sandy soils over deep red clay. Cold soak and extended maceration. Aged 20 months in French and American oak barrels (100% new). Grapes 100% Shiraz. Picked: March 2–3, 2003.
